Restarting Services

If you see a status message instructing you to restart a service manually using windows services, this refers to the application available within the Windows Control Panel, Admin Tools, Services. Start Services and navigate to the top of the list.

You will see listed within the Services installed on your machine, three services as shown. Each service beginning "CBC" is used by your PCWS Monitor and maintained by your Dashboard, you should make sure at least the first two are running. SMTP(optional)
