When It Goes Wrong

When your intranet website fails to display any user information, you may need to restart your web server WWW Publishing service. Any data not successfully sent from user machines will have been cached locally on the user machine.

All cached data will be sent and will ultimately be available for display in the website. NB: user machines MUST be able to connect to your web server machine - the machine to which you installed the PCWS Monitor installation. Until they can, they cache!
