| You can create new group or department accounts either within your Dashboard or within the portal intranet application supplied with the PCWS Monitor product. The two features are identical but you may prefer to be web or workstation based. |
| You do not need to create too many group accounts - clearly many client users can send audit data against any given account. An example of where you might want many accounts may occur where you want each department manager to monitor his/her own staff. |
